LIN ZY JOINS THE ALADDIN 3477 CREW
While the production crew for Aladdin 3477 is still relatively small and unannounced, it may come to no surprise that Lin Zy is the first to come on board in an official capacity. Signing on as Visual Choreographer, Lin Zy will be in charge the action, fight scenes, and stunt choreography, which is fitting for this Second-Degree Black Belt turned Design Superstar.
Lin Zy’s professional experience is all over the map, from illustrating Star Wars trading cards, to designing book covers, to directing large-scale puppet shows and presentations. This myriad of skills will come in handy as she steps in to coordinate key scenes for Aladdin 3477. Lin Zy also happens to be married to (director) Matt Busch, and they already have a dynamic working relationship.
The most recent collaboration between Lin Zy and her husband has been the wildly popular series finale of You Can Draw Star Wars. This double-sized episode focusing on how aspiring artists can break into the entertainment business was created larger than life with an all-out cast of Star Wars puppets. Lin Zy created the puppets, sets, and directed the action.

“I’m looking forward to Aladdin 3477.” comments Lin Zy. “This version of the story is really unique on many levels. The chance for me to step in and turn the dynamic action up to 11 is really exciting.
